Welcome to Aura Sessions. By creating an account, going live, or joining a livestream you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they form a binding contract between you and Aura Sessions, Inc.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Aura Sessions, and at least 18 years old to receive payouts. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
2. Streaming & content
You retain ownership of every performance you broadcast. By streaming you grant Aura a worldwide, non-exclusive license to transmit your stream to listeners who have paid the $1 join fee, and to store the recording in your Showroom archive.
3. The $1 join fee
Listeners pay $1 per livestream via Apple In-App Purchase. 100% of that fee — minus Apple's standard processing — is paid to the streaming artist. Aura Sessions does not deduct a commission from join fees.
4. Aura Pro subscription
Aura Pro costs $10 / month, billed and managed by Apple. The subscription auto-renews until cancelled in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
5. Prohibited content
You may not broadcast hate speech, sexual content involving minors, real-world violence, or any material that violates Apple's App Store Guidelines. Hip hop is not permitted on Aura Sessions per our Community Guidelines.
6. Code of conduct — no profanity
Aura Sessions is a profanity-free platform. By creating an account and accepting the in-app Code of Conduct prompt, you expressly agree that you will not use cursing, profanity, slurs, or sexually explicit language during any livestream, chat message, profile field, stream title, or recorded archive on the service. This includes lyrics performed live, on-screen captions, and audience interactions you facilitate as a host.
Enforcement is tiered: a first violation results in an immediate stream warning; a second violation ends the active stream; a third violation results in a 24-hour takedown notice and account review by our moderation team, consistent with Section 8 of these Terms. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.
You acknowledge that the in-app agreement you accept on first launch is a binding component of these Terms and that withdrawing consent requires you to stop using Aura Sessions and delete your account.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
8. Limitation of liability
Aura Sessions is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Sessions, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
